New game!

The game is available for everyone! 

With your feedback, two minor updates have been pushed, main changes being:

- Inclusion of a visual representation of the current score of the level.

- Fixes related to the android port (slightly tweaks on the touch controls and menus).

- Fix a bug where the game could crash when diying by fall + reset button.
